Epidemic prevention measures in response to new pneumonia, the hotel have the rights to refuses to serve customers with conditions below:
1. Guests with conditions of "Prohibition to entrance", "Home isolation".
2. We have temporarily suspended receiving and accommodating all guests from the countries were subject to a Level 3:Warning travel notice.
3. The hotel also reserves the right to decline registering any guest whose name on identification differs from that on the reservation.
4. Refusal to cooperate with the hotel's measurement of body temperature or refuse to inform the history of travel activities or have any sign of cough and fever, hyperventilation syndrome and other symptoms. Refusal of wearing a medical mask or seek medical treatment.

✔ All hotel staffs are required to check temperature and thoroughly proactive in personal health management.
✔ All frontline staffs are equipped with masks.
✔ Alcohol disinfectants are available at the main public areas.
✔ All personnel entering the hotel will have their temperature measured and disinfect hands.
✔ Hotel cleaning staffs regularly disinfect the entire areas to maintain a clean environment.
✔ Hotel cleaning staffs put emphasis on hotel room cleaning and disinfection.
In situations of extreme uncertainty with the COVID-19 pandemic, several adjustments have been made to reinforce the precautions taken within our property to ensure the health and safety of you and your loved ones.
